My New Year's Resolution : 2

My New Year's resolution is healthy and studying. I want to enjoy yoga in my spare time. When I visited my friend's home, she taught me yoga, at that time, I felt it was very relaxing. Also, practicing yoga helps me stay phisically healthy. When I practice yoga, I feel more fit and energetic and it will be helpful for me to lose weight. To do yoga, I will buy a yoga video or CD and I will do that everyday for 1hours.

Secondly, I chose studying. I want to speak English fluently. I can study reading and grammar section in my country, but speaking is a sort of difficult. To enhance my pronounciation, I will meet many friends through school programs. Now, I'm always checking community site. If I find some good clubs or events, I will participae in that community. I will keep a diary not to forget my special day. !

  1. I like yoga too, especially hot yoga. The recreation center has some yoga classes.You can try it!!

  2. Yoga IS awesome! I don't think I've ever tried "hot yoga" before, though. A lot of my friends are into "power yoga", which makes you sweat like cardio exercise.
