Journal 1: Introductions

Nice to meet you! My name is Yeon-Hee Kang, which is my korean name. In America, I decided to use "Ella". Fortunately, my homestay father gave me a list on many American girls name. It was very helpful for me to choose my name. I think it is easy for you to call this name than my korean name. I am 22 years old, female and come from Kroea(not North Korea). In korea, my major is English and English Literature. I have 2 sisters and I am the second daughter in my family. I'm easy to get along with new people and responsible. To relieve my stress, I sleep all day and eat lots of spicy foods and cry.

<it's me !!>
Firstly, I am here to meet diverse people and learn cultures while studying abroad. It will be helpful because I can broaden my perspectives toward the world. Also, I want to learn more valuable things by trying new things with new people and it seems to be interesting. To improve my English skills, I will do my best too.

I think the best kind of friend is someone who can make me laugh. I wish I would meet the friends in this class. Thank you. :D

*I read amy's introduction. It was interesting because I have been to Australia too.

  1. We have the similar ways to relieve our stress: eat and cry. I also like to go shopping if I have stress. I like window shopping in south coast plaza, and I like go to outlet to buy sth.
