If my friend said, “Let’s go eat American”, I will think about a sliced pizza and a hamburger. When I came here, I saw many fast food restaurants along the road and on campus. Even my home stay family eats some bread with cheese and a cup of juice or coffee every morning. I alone eat rice with side dishes between them. Mostly, they eat out dinner so, I don’t know what they eat outside but when they prepare dinner at home, they always eat beef or sausages with some vegetables. I think the food I mentioned above is the traditional American food. Although the taste is good, I don’t enjoy them because it makes me eat more and more and looks unhealthy. Instead of steaks and hamburgers, I enjoy eating cereal ,when I get up late, not to be late for my class. It is easy to make and doesn’t need many times to eat it up.
In Korea, most people eat rice and Kim-ch or other side dishes for their meals. Our food is very healthy because it is originated from ancient by using vegetables without any additives. However, most American foods need additives to extend an expiration date. In this case, the food can sell for a long time, but the effects of additives are harmful for people.
So, I like my Korean food very very very very very much.
